Heather D. Brown

Heather Brown is a business litigation attorney in Roswell Georgia with eighteen years of experience litigating business cases focusing on Creditor’s Rights (both in and out of Bankruptcy Court), Contract Disputes, Commercial Real Estate Disputes, and a wide array of other Real Estate Litigation. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia where she graduated summa cum laude and was named the Outstanding Senior in Law Enforcement. Heather went on to receive her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. At graduation she received the David Donnelly Memorial Award in recognition of outstanding character, perseverance, and legal ability. Heather is honored to be recognized as a Super Lawyer in Georgia selected by peer recognition and professional achievement.

Heather is married with three amazing children and three adorable Japanese Chin dogs. She enjoys reading, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends. Heather is passionate about her faith and serving others, especially helping disadvantaged women and children. Heather devotes time to volunteering in a variety of roles with several organizations. She currently serves as a member of the Advisory Council for the Drake House in Roswell, is a member and past board member of the National Charity League, and is actively involved in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta where she has chaired several committees and completed the 2016 CREW Leadership Program. Heather has supported Atlanta Women’s Foundation in a variety of ways over the years and is honored and excited to be a part of the Inspire Atlanta Program.
