Brian Anthony Gaither

Brian Gaither is the founder and principal attorney of Gaither Law, LLC. As an Atlanta native, Brian has a special connection with the community, and prides himself with the service he provides assisting people in their times of need. Brian started his legal career as a Public Defender with the Office of the Public Defender, Atlanta Judicial Circuit. There, he zealously represented indigent clients who could not afford private legal representation. Brian protected the rights of thousands of people, and later to worked as a prosecutor in both DeKalb and Fulton counties.

Serving as the Community Prosecutor in the Fulton County Solicitor General’s Office, Brian developed the reputation as a champion for the people in and outside of the courtroom. As a prosecutor, Brian actively ensured that the community was protected by prosecuting crimes fairly and properly, educating the community about the criminal justice system, and focusing on rehabilitation rather than retribution in order to prevent future illegal activities. Due to his passionate involvement with community outreach and educating the general public on legal matters, he has taken on the moniker “Your Friendly Neighborhood Attorney”.

Further, Brian Gaither "Your Friendly Neighborhood Attorney " has been a legal analyst on shows such as “For My Man”, GlenNeta Live, and the Wendy Lynn Patrick show. He also frequently gives lectures and speaks on panels for the community on topics which include knowing your rights, local government, the criminal justice system, and empowering youth. Brian also serves on the Board of Directors for Oakhurst Community Medical Center due to his belief of holistically serving his community.

Brian is a graduate of Georgia State University with a major in Journalism, and the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. Brian is an active member in Let Us Make Man, an organization dedicated to the upliftment of the young generation.
