Christopher Allan Campbell

Make no mistake, the positive remarks here are NOT from his actual clients but his own office! This guy knows nothing about law, court procedure, or proper protocol. The judge had to direct him and he still got things wrong. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He "plays ball" with the prosecution when he is appoin...ted clients so he can get his paid clients off on lesser charges because he knows no law. DO NOT HIRE. If you are appointed this guy, fire him!

I was appointed Mr Campbell, I did not choose him and my life was ruined. Mr Campbell had my case and didn't see him for over a month. There was little contact over the 10 months I sat in jail. I had to call his office over a dozen times in one day to get him to come see me in jail. I wrote my own mo...tions I was so afraid of losing my case. I was innocent and the alleged victim was on alcohol and ambien, telling TWO different stories about what happened! Her time frame was off by three hours. Neither of those points were brought up at trial. He didn't call an expert witness that could discuss alcohol/ambien combination. In fact, he didn't call one witness I asked for. The one witness I wanted interviewed was the one person at the scene (mistakenly called by prosecution) who was there but he refused to ask any questions, stating he was afraid of what she might say. If I'm innocent, why would I need be afraid of what she would say? Then, top of this terrible representation, he gets my story wrong in closing because he only spent 45 min with me reviewing for trial. It is my opinion he was working in the states best interest, not mine. I don't know about anyone else but he was the worst lawyer I've EVER dealt with!

Mr. Christopher A. Campbell failed to demonstration court experience, knowledge in criminal law, court procedures and poorly represented his client. Mr. Campbell was retained to represent my son in a criminal case and did not file any court pleading in the 5 months period. As a result of improper p...rocedure and lack of communication from Mr. Campbell, my son missed his court date and was arrested for Failure to Appear (FTA). Mr. Campbell and his associates left my son in jail for over 15 days while they pretended to resolve the case with the DA. We never received any court documents filed by Mr. Campbell, and we were clueless as to what was going on. We were frustrated with unanswered phone calls and text messages. I fired Mr. Campbell after 5 months and 15 days due to his incompetence. I hired another attorney, who actually spoke with the DA and filed documents with the court, and my son was released within two days. I DO NOT recommend Christopher A. Campbell as an attorney to represent anyone (period)!

A few years back I hired Mr. Campbell where I was cited for DUI and my results were great, so I didn’t hesitate to reach out when my son was facing some serious charges, although this has been a journey I was very pleased with the results he got for my son as well, (he’s coming home)! Mr. Campbell ke...pt communication throughout the process with myself and moving forward, I don’t plan on hiring any attorneys but if I had too, one call that’s all, I will definitely ring his line.
