Biography
I entered Florida State University as an undergrad when I was 38 years old, married with two young children. Once I graduated from FSU, I applied and was accepted at Florida State University and the University of Florida. I started at FSU law school when I was 42 years old, graduating when I was 47 years old. I took the Georiga Bar and my first job was as an Assistant Solicitor General in the Cobb Solicitor General's Office. From there I went to various jurisdictions as a prosecutor, handling both felonies (as an Assistant District Attorney) and misdemeanors, including DUI cases (as an Assistant Solicitor General). Currently I have "switched sides," so to speak, and now practice crmiinal defense, focusing on DUI defense. I have been a defense attorney now for 5 plus years.
