I also spend a great deal of my practice time representing people who have been injured by another's careless actions. This is a challenging area, and I enjoy helping individuals and families who are in need of assistance.

This area also works well with my family-centered practice. In addition, I do guardianships and conservatorships. These help family and friends to take care of loved ones who are not able to care for their person or finances.

I work in the area of divorce. In addition, I also help families with incapacitated adults in probate court. This complements my work with wills, trusts and estates.

I have found that families are in need of good representation in many areas, including the area of criminal defense.
