Jeremy Allan Briggs

Jeremy has extensive experience in brand management and trademark protection, and crafting patent portfolios in both the electrical and mechanical arts. He has expertise in emerging technologies including computing hardware, machine learning and artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics, semiconductors, mobile communications, automotive, and aerospace technologies, among others.

Jeremy will guide your organization through the nuances of prosecuting business start-up, trademark, patent, copyright and trade secret development.

He has years of extensive experience drafting hundreds of patent and trademark applications and prosecuting them through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His expertise in creation of your critical legal framework can provide a distinct business advantage for your growing enterprise.

Before beginning his career in the law, Mr. Briggs professionally designed injection mold tooling and designed parts in the plastics industry.

Mr. Briggs was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, as a National Science Foundation TIES Scholar and a Georgia HOPE Scholar. He studied law at Georgia State University College of Law, and is an active member of the Georgia State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
