Brian Dubuc was a litigator right out of law school, starting out in criminal defense and focusing on Appellate work. Over his 28 years in practice, he’s developed broad legal perspective like a general counsel. For the last eighteen years, Brian built his practice around residential and commercial real estate closings, lending that breadth of knowledge to builders and developers.

Because Brian has been a trial attorney and a transactional attorney, he can identify potential pitfalls for the real estate professionals with which he works. He is driven to protect the integrity of his clients’ rights in real property and has the experience to overcome the unique challenges that real estate closings present. He has a reputation in the industry for providing quality work, without cutting corners or risking the interests of the parties involved. Brian makes it a priority to get to know each client’s business while providing for their real estate needs.

Brian places his role as husband and father above all others. He appreciates classic cars, and working on them provides him with a sense of calm. He also loves exciting cuisine, and would enjoy the opportunity to spend a day with the chef in the kitchen at one of his favorite restaurants.
