I was the owner/operator of a groundbreaking business services company for more than 20 years. Having sold that company in 2005, I use my experience as an entrepreneur, together with my background as an attorney and my association with some of the finest people and companies in the nation to advise a select group of family-owned, entrepreneurial businesses.  I work with them on a number of issues including family dynamics, management and ownership transition, leadership development and business planning.

I also provide extensive experience in the mediation of civil matters involving business disputes.

Although I have been actively licensed with the State Bar of Georgia since 1985, I only work with clients as a strategic business advisor or mediator.
