Steve cook is not only a great attorney but a even better friend! Steve and I have known one another for over 25 years and in that time I have had a few legal problems concerning traffic violations which he promptly took care of for me of no charge also more recently I had three warrants for my arr...est and was picked up and caught 3 felony drug charges I had my girlfriend call Steve on the 18th day in jail and he immediately got up there to see me. he told me that I was a good friend and that he was going to squash my probation and he was going to get my misdemeanor charge thrown out. and then the three felonies he was going to get reduced to misdemeanors in time served he was able to get probation which i was In violation of terminated. Then he was able to get the misdemeanor I had been charged with for giving a false name to law enforcement thrown out of court. and on the three felonies I got an even better deal I got probation and the felony charges will be expunged from my record upon completing a simple probation no fines no community service just report and stay off drugs and Steve did all of this for the amount of $400 he worked diligently every thing was handled fast and had me out of jail in less than 30 days considering all that I had pending against me legally that was absolutely amazing and he worked very fast to get me in front of the judge I cannot say enough about Steve he's a great man with a wonderful attitude he wants to help people that's his mission in life so if you need good representation and you're in a legal bind facing criminal charges I would absolutely beyond a shadow of a doubt only recommend Steve Cook! you can take your chances with another attorney it's going to cost you more and the outcome will be uncertain Steve will let you know up front what the most likely probability is going to be he has good foresight when it comes to what the potential legal outcome will be that's what makes him one of the best attorneys around he's very affordable he's very fair he's not a crook he answers his own phone when his secretary is not in the office. he stays in touch with his clients he's very easy to reach and that in itself gives great comfort many attorneys once you give money you can't get in touch with them until you see them in court but Steve is not that way he will absolutely return your calls he will have his secretary give you information if he's not in and if you need a call back from him no worries he'll be in touch.

I caught my first charge in 2017, my family hired him on a Tuesday evening, he came to see me on Thursday got me a court date for the following Monday on a felony failure to appear! Went to court on a Monday he was able to get my bond reinstated I was released from jail the same day. Went to court on... the original charges a couple months later, everything was dropped and off my record he’s the best in the business hands down!!! Thanks Mr.Cook.

Few years ago we hired Mr. Cook. He successfully helped our daughter to be accepted to Cobb County Drug Court Program. He was very attentive and kept us well informed during the entire process and even called us about court delay. Again we needed help of an attorney for a family matter. Mr. Cook ...was our first choice. He is a great listener, very generous with his time and returns phone calls after office hours. He obviously cares about his clients and is a very nice guy.

I hired Mr. Cook and paid him up front. He told me not to call him that he would contact me if he needed to talk to me. He also told me he would take care of my situation in Court not to worry about it. A year later, I was pulled over on a minor incident and was arrested on a warrant for failure to... appear. I contacted his office and Ms. Shaw first stated I had only paid half of the bill, I gave her the receipt no and proof they had cashed my checks, she then said they had tried and tried to contact me and were not able to. I've had the same address and phone number for years. I review my phone bill and there are no calls from his office. I spent a day in jail, my truck was towed, lost 2 days of work. It has cost me a lot of money for this attorney's stupid mistake. I'm surprised with all the bad reviews and what people comment about him when you start asking, that he is still practicing . He needs to be reported to the State Bar!!!!!!!
