Perry Allan Phillips

I took my tenant to court and the Judge ruled against him,because he fail to pay his rent, the next thing I know The tenant appeal the judgement, immediately I smell a rat, I contacted Mr. Phillips trough the internet. The next hearing the trial Judge ruled against my tenant, I was now totally surpri...sed the tenant appeal the judgement, he requested a trial by jury. mean while he is now occupying my property going in seven months without paying rent, any how that day came and we went to court. again the trial judge ruled against him.he left the property and building in a mess,but I was happy to have my property back thanks to the wonderful work by Mr. Phillips and Ms. Lucia Mattern. apparently my tenant had inside help. was not for Mr. Phillips and Ms. Lucia he might still be occupying my property. Never is a legal issue pleasant. But I am very thankful that Perry represented me. He made the very best of a bad business matter. All the other lawyers I spoke with said there was not much I could do. But Perry's strategy stopped the other side with a brick wall. They never saw it coming.
