Single WORST attorney I've ever encountered. Ever! She failed to show up for Court!

I reached out to the David West & Associates Law Firm to provide guidance as to how I should handle a case in Hiram Municipal Court and had the pleasure of speaking and discussing my case directly with Mr. West himself. Mr. West provided me ample time to ask questions and provided very direct answers... and advise on how to handle my case. At that point, I under the assumption that Mr. West would be handing my case. Unfortunately, Mr. West forwarded my case over to his assisting attorney -- Pamela Corvelli. Since her inception of the case, she has made few efforts to contact, respond or provide any value to my case. Since Mrs. Corvelli has been assigned to my case; SHE FAILED TO SHOW TO COURT -- keeping me and the court waiting for her arrival. This Friday at 3:30pm in the afternoon, Mrs. Corvelli conveniently sent an email, indicating that my presence in court was required -- the proceeding MONDAY. She then advised, "knowing Hiram court, they will likely issue a bench warrant for your arrest if you aren't present". I've spoken WELL in advance with Mrs. Corvelli that I was UNABLE to attend the court date assigned. For the last TWO weeks, we have discussed moving the case to Paulding County Superior Court. Mrs. Corvelli provided the various (generic) options -- from venue to venue. She failed in answering at least 70% of the questions for which I've sent to her. She has been unresponsive and she has placed my case on the back burner -- allowing the Hiram Court Clerk to essentially call all shots -- being the attorney, judge and jury. After discussing the various options of bounding the case over to Paulding County Superior Court (for the last TWO-THREE weeks) -- I am notified by her TODAY that it would not be an option (according to the Hiram Court Clerk) as she filed a motion to waive arraignment TWO MONTHS ago. This was done without my consent, and certainly without my understanding of the "consequences". Mrs. Corvelli conveniently advises me TODAY (two days -- weekend days) prior to court that after speaking with the Hiram Court "Clerk" that it would NOT be possible to bound the case over to Paulding County -- yet, she spoke about all the options of doing so, over and over again -- just this week and weeks prior. I then spoke with her Paralegal (Beth) who advised me today on the phone that she "apologized" that she made a mistake. This is nothing more than complete and pure incompetence on the part of Mrs. Corvelli. After multiple attempts for the firm's paralegal, "Beth" to have Mr. David West return my calls; he has not -- as she advised he was "unavailable". Mr. West -- I do feel is very capable; however, do NOT allow Mrs. Corvelli to assist in your case. You will be OUT of the loop....she's non-responsive and she provides you little phone time -- and doesn't come to court, when assigned. My case was "low" of her bucket list. And it shows. Now, it's time to either get Mr. West back in the game OR find a competent attorney who can REALLY assist me without flaw.
