Nicole E. Baker

Nicole advocates for clients at Jehl Law Group in Memphis, where she focuses her civil litigation practice on nursing home neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, personal injury, and other aspects of elder law. Before transitioning to civil practice, she spent years representing both adult and juvenile clients on all manner of charges, including traffic citations, misdemeanors, and felonies. From bond hearings and arraignment through trial and appeal, she advocated for her clients' interests, ensured their statutory and constitutional rights were upheld, and worked to mitigate the lasting consequences of their contact with the justice system. She also brings extensive post-conviction and appellate experience, having investigated innocence claims and represented clients before appellate courts.
