Michael Scott Kimbrough

I hired Scott Kimbrough in 2012 to file my divorce which included 3 minor children. 1st- My divorce papers weren't filed with the court until 3-4 WEEKS after I provided all info and paid a $5000.00 retainer for the paper work to be filed and just 5 minutes before my x's attorney filed divorce from me...!! 2nd- I was involved in a domestic violence divorce were my x was stalking my children and I. I could never reach Scott Kimbrough during an emergency or even non-emergency's during office hours, much less after office hours. He NEVER returned my phone calls. 3- There were so many error in the divorce filing paperwork. It was embarrassing. 4- He consulting with my x's then attorney and advised me that it was best if I dropped the TPO on my husband. I agreed to follow his advice. That bought me 3 years of hell! I had to take my $5k loss and hire another attorney as I was never able to reach Scott again and I was summoned to court on contempt charges for leaving the state for the summer as Scott assured me was ok to do. I wasted $5k and years off of my life from being stalked and harassed by my then husband and much more. Scott did nothing to protect my kids and I but he had no problem taking our money and disappearing.
