As a truck driver, not wanting to return to Atlanta, i retained Mr Nash. As in any case, no gauretees, Mr Nash did promise to do his best at assisting in my case, explained all serinieos, kept me notified of status along the way and was able to negotiate a lesser, non-points, violation, resulting in... zero points or insurance increases. Highly recommend!!

I had a speed ticket issued by Smyrna Police. Sam Nash appeared in court on my behalf. He kept his word and worked the case until it was done. I did not have to do anything beyond our first phone call. His flat fee was fair and reasonable. He did exactly what he said he would do with the ticker. He g...ot the stated speed on the ticket reduced by 1 mph so that it would not affect my insurance or points on my license. In the end, he was able to also waive all fees by the court. I paid nothing above the flat fee that Sam Nash charged me. He was worth every penny, he also is very nice and courteous. He was referred by a family member who also did a great job in their cases. Would use it again in the future if I need a traffic lawyer.

Talked with Sam Nash and he explained in plain English what the process was and set my expectations for an outcome. Once I hired Sam, he took everything over and kept me informed when the citation was completed. Sooooo worth it not to have my auto insurance premiums go up for the next 3 years. Thank...s! John
