Melvin Samuel Nash II

This was my 2nd time hiring Mr. Nash to help resolve a traffic violation in Cobb County, and both times he has saved me a ton a time and helped prevent any violation points from accruing on my driving record. Mr. Nash is always quick to respond my requests, and while I hope to never require his serv...ices again, I will certainly recommend him to others who could use his excellent representation.

Mr. Sam Nash Took care of 3 traffic tickets and made them go away. I have had clean driving record and wanted to keep it that way. I feel that the cost of service is worth the benefit. Sam was very nice, professional and looked after me well. He saved me time by representing me at the court, s...o I did not need to go myself. He kept me updated about the case and answered my questions quickly. He also gave me a lot of time during my first visit to his office to explain my case.

I hired attorney Nash pretty close to my court date and it was no problem to him at all, he handled it very effectively and professionally. I was originally going to pay my ticket and forget about it because it was only $200 but I was going about 20 over the speed limit when I was pulled over, meanin...g I would be reported to the DDS and my insurance premiums would go up. It was smarter to pay the extra money to hire Nash rather than pay into my premiums. He negotiated with the judge on my court date to have my charge reduced to less than 15mph, meaning I could just pay the ticket and not be reported for a higher premium. I'm very pleased with Nash's services to me and would hire him in an instant if it ever happened again, but hopefully it wont have to happen again.
