A native Georgian, former AMA Pro Racing motorcycle roadracer and licensed pilot, Mr. Nash began his legal career upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. While in school, he worked in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and participated in school sponsored mock trials. Mr. Nash is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and focuses his skills on DUI, Criminal, and Traffic law.

Outstanding communication combined with quality results
Mr Nash represented my son in traffic court for a citation. He was very thorough and timely with his communication around the status of his court representation. He was able to get results to help my son avoid a tainted driving record. Very knowledgeable of the law and the Cobb County system.

Great Outcome
I was issued a ticket for failure to obey traffic control devices and Sam was able to get it reduced to a non-recordable offence with no fine. Great outcome and good communication.

Best experience!
Sam Nash was great from start to finish! He was able to keep points off my license and was very personable and communicative. I never even had to go to court! Hopefully I won’t need it, but I would definitely use him again!
