Mr. Nash sent me a letter and he told what he could do for me and I am glad because I would have basically pleaded guilty otherwise. I was planning to pay the fine which would have meant an admission of guilt before he contacted me. He called me about my case and he told me what I could do. I underst...and he was busy but I could not in contact with him for a few weeks when he told me to take a defensive driving course. I eventually was shown the acceptable courses by partners at Mr. Nash’s firm and I took a course and finished and then emailed the certificate I had earned to Mr. Nash. Then, I paid the fee which was a few hundred dollars (somewhat hefty) and he showed up to court on my behalf on my scheduled court date. He was able to dismiss the case altogether. For that, I thank him and I would recommend Mr. Nash to anybody. Mr not being able to get the right information was somewhat my fault too. All in all, I am satisfied.

His team was very straightforward and helpful. He sent me consistent updates via email and his office was available when I had questions, everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and provided answers promptly. My case was merely a traffic violation but was successfully reduced to a basic rule...s violation, which is a non-reportable offense in Georgia that is not transmitted outside of the courthouse. It will not affect my license, my driving record, or my insurance. It is as if the citation was not issued. Could not be happier.
