A native Georgian, former AMA Pro Racing motorcycle roadracer and licensed pilot, Mr. Nash began his legal career upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. While in school, he worked in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and participated in school sponsored mock trials. Mr. Nash is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and focuses his skills on DUI, Criminal, and Traffic law.

THE BEST ATTORNEY EVER
After consulting and then hiring Mr. Nash, he did exactly what he said he would do. He had the citation reduced, the fine reduced and the charge didn't appear on my record so my car insurance will not increase. Best lawyer around
I was falsely charged with aggressive driving and Samuel Nash said he could get it all dropped if I hired him and he did exactly what he said he would do. They are very friendly and professional.

Sam is very knowledgeable about the law and will give an honest evaluatation of your legal options up front. He will help you get 0 points and a reduced fine, but in my case, he helped get my case dismissed. I highly recommend his services if you live in Cobb County.
