I would highly recommend Mr. Nash and his firm. I had received a ticket for an accident that was my fault. Mr. Nash solicited me by mail , I called and spoke directly with him on the phone and he said that he could get it reduced down to a non moving violation with paying a $300 fine and a copy of th...e bill where I had paid to repair the other vehicle. He said that nothing would appear on driving record or be reported to the insurance , and he did exactly what he said. The best part was his fee was only $400. Can't beat that!!!! Thanks Mr. Nash.

I had a speed ticket issued by Smyrna Police. Sam Nash appeared in court on my behalf. He kept his word and worked the case until it was done. I did not have to do anything beyond our first phone call. His flat fee was fair and reasonable. He did exactly what he said he would do with the ticker. He g...ot the stated speed on the ticket reduced by 1 mph so that it would not affect my insurance or points on my license. In the end, he was able to also waive all fees by the court. I paid nothing above the flat fee that Sam Nash charged me. He was worth every penny, he also is very nice and courteous. He was referred by a family member who also did a great job in their cases. Would use it again in the future if I need a traffic lawyer.
