I have engaged the services of Atty Sam Nash on two occasions. On each occasion I couldn't have been happier with the results. Having an attorney to handle your traffic tickets makes a huge difference. Like me, you may think you don't need an attorney for your ticket. You do. Or, you may think it is ...not worth the money. It is. Being able to avoid having points on your license and having your insurance premiums increase more than makes up for the small cost of hiring an attorney like Sam Nash. Atty. I hired Mr. Nash because I was unjustly ticketed and did not want points on my license or an increased insurance premium. Mr. Nash was thorough in reviewing the case and video relating to the ticket and negotiated an agreement with the District Attorney that exceeded my expectations. I do not know ...the system and if I had attempted this alone, I don't think the outcome would have been as successful.
