A native Georgian, former AMA Pro Racing motorcycle roadracer and licensed pilot, Mr. Nash began his legal career upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. While in school, he worked in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and participated in school sponsored mock trials. Mr. Nash is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and focuses his skills on DUI, Criminal, and Traffic law.

Got the job done
The attorney helped my son avoid points on his license from a minor accident that he was given a ticket for. Communication with attorney and office staff was seamless. All we had to do was wait on the court date for the attorney to resolve our case. Thank you attorney, Nash.

Great help with juvenile court proceedings
Mr. Sam Nash did a great job navigating through the juvenile court process due to a speeding ticket. Mr. Nash did a great job explaining the process and dealing with the county solicitor.
