Mr. Nash was very honest and upfront with both his fees and the estimated speeding violation cost (altogether ended up being a little less than I was originally quoted). All promises including the prevention of having the violation report on my Indiana driving record and insurance appear to have been... kept. My major violation was changed to a basic rules violation. Responded to a flyer after a family member received citations for an accident. Despite having reservations on calling based on a mailing I did and am glad for it. When we first met we set down and he asked about what happened that night, so i told him what had happen before i got my ticket and i explained that i didnt want this on my record and he said that is what he going to push for.
