Strong recommendation of Sam Nash. Shortly after receiving a notice of a court date from Cobb County, I also received a letter from Sam Nash's office as a solicitation to help me with the moving violation summons. I spoke with Sam Nash, informed him of my goal for the moving violation to be reduced... to a non-moving violation. I decided to hire Sam during that call. My driving record is very clean and I wanted to keep it that way. I paid his fee to retain his services. Sam represented me to the ADA, and Cobb County reduced the violation to a non-moving violation. This means that no record will appear on my driving history or reported to my insurance carrier. No point on my license and no increase in my insurance premium was my goal. Success! Sam and his associates were very easy to work with. At no time did I have to appear in court. Sam took care of everything and I stayed home. Nice bonus... I did pay a fine as admission of guilt of the reduced charge. The fine was the same as that of the original fine for the moving violation.

We hired Mr. Nash to assist our son with a traffic violation so the points would not go on his license and his insurance would not be increased. We only spoke to Mr. Nash via phone and we never had to go to court. Mr. Nash got the ticket reduced to a minor violation with no points or notification to... insurance. Well worth the cost to hire him.

I hired Mr. Nash to represent me with respect to a ticket received during a traffic accident. I had a dashcam video that in my opinion showed that the other driver was at fault. However, I did not want to spend the money to go through a trial, but I did not want the ticket on my record which would ...cause my insurance rates to go up and perhaps be used in a civil litigation against me with the other driver. He was able to get the prosecutor to agree to dismiss the ticket without having to go through a hearing.
