Lawrence Edward Burke

As a lawyer and a part time judge I have had the unique experience of dealing with many criminal cases as both a defense attorney and a judge presiding over trials. This perspective has been extremely valuable and has allowed an insiders view of our judicial system.

The firm I started practicing with in 1981 did primarily Divorce work. I handled a significant number of the custody cases and still have an active practice representing parties in Divorce/custody matters.

I represent several small businesses and regularly draft and review contracts. I have also defended and filed suit on behalf of small businesses affected by contract disputes.

Despite the smaller number of cases handled in this area I have been involved in several seven figure cases and provide a more personal "hands on" service to my personal injury clients.
