Biography
Katie Hill specializes in all aspects of consumer and corporate bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, debt settlement and asset protection. She has helped hundreds of clients through their financial hardships over the past decade, whether through a bankruptcy filing or workouts outside of bankruptcy. Because of her intimate knowledge of bankruptcy law, Katie has also helped many creditor clients navigate filed bankruptcies in order to protect valuable collateral and receive top payments through Chapter 13, when applicable.
Prior to founding Hicks Hill, LLC in Marietta, Katie worked with Sam Hicks of Hicks, Casey & Morton, P.C. where she gained an exceptional understanding of the bankruptcy laws, debt settlement tactics and overall asset protection strategies through Mr. Hicks’ 40+ years of experience.
Katie grew up in Marietta, graduating from Walton High School. She attended The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, graduating with a B.S.B.A., and went on to gain her law degree from The University of Georgia. She currently resides in the Metro Atlanta Area with her husband and two sons.
