I paid Jason a retainer then set up and never missed monthly payments . He told me I did not need to come to court a Warrent was issued I was forced to spend money to keep away from home for a weekend or face jail . On our first course hearing he was 1 hr late our second hearing he was also late our ...3rd hearing he was 6 hrs late not good to agitate the court . On our 4th court date he quit my case I am currently in the process of a case against him I will repost after its done . This attorney did not complete the work he was hired to do for me . His misrepresentation led me to have to ask for a continuance when I did I was able to speak with the state who stated if I would let Jason go he would give me a better deal dropping the dui against me to a lesser . He misinformed me in my case .
