Frank Philips Harris

I contacted Mr. Harris after a Hit and Run accident that left me severely injured. He was able to deal not only with the Police Department getting all of the information (available and some that was hidden) that was needed for my case and all of insurance companies, lawyers, etc. He made the proce...ss during my recovery from surgery bearable and easy for me by being considerate, professional and always available.
