Cynthia Lajean White

Cynthia yelled at me while explaining a visitation order. I could not for the life of me understand the judges order and during a phone call she yelled at me while explaining it. She l apologized after - said she had a long day, but the experience rubbed me the wrong way. Her staff was great and alwa...ys gave our family updated through email and phone calls.

I have to say that this was a hard review to write, because I really enjoyed working with Ms. White. She was spot on as a lawyer and handled my case very well. However he staff is completely incompetent, forgetful and disrespectful. Any time I would have to deal with her staff I dreaded it, they lost... paperwork, failed to send notices, failed to give messages to Ms. White and anytime I would question them I would get a very rude nasty response. They truly acted as if you should be glad that they were being paid to handle your case. Also their office could use some updating as well as cleaning, you will reek of cigarette smoke upon leaving. Again Ms. White is a great lawyer, I would feel completely comfortable using her again if she could improve the quality of work her staff produces.

Cynthia White has been a God send. I hired her for child custody, she was prepared, professional and had a nice bite to go with it. During the court process, she took my stress and my anxiety and ALL my questions. My kids are my life that will be my only legacy, Cynthia understood and cared about... MY issues. I have to take moment and give a big shout out to her staff DEBORAH, one word describes her AMAZING, she is a wonderful asset. She knows my voice and my current events regarding my case when I call, they are a great team. They were great at returning phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Before retaining Cynthia, Deborah (her para legal) spent time with me on the phone explaining the process to me, (incase I decided not to retain...which of course I did). My consultation with Cynthia was lengthy, she just gave me a plethora of information and then took the time explaining it to me in layman's terms, obviously having never been through this situation before and had trust issues with any lawyer. She reassured me, comforted me and empowered me with confidence regarding my case. I can't say enough good words about her law firm. I was in good hands. She is so personable that we are on a first name basis which made it feel like I was talking to a friend that really cares about you, your family and especially your court situation. Thank You Cynthia!!

She was recommended to me to do my divorce. Had consultation last May (Nine months ago) and have not heard from her since. $4000 retainer down the crapper. She has not filed a response to my husband's divorce filing which was filed last June. I think her assistant does her work. When I try to co...ntact them they are rude and insulting and I have yet to talk to Ms. White in spite of numerous requests in the last nine months.
