Great Lawyer and Good Person
Mr. Levine represented my traffic case. I couldn't of asked for a better lawyer who actually fought for me and got my ticket reduced down to the bare minimum. It was the best case scenario I could of asked for given the circumstances.

I could go on and on about Attorney Levine and how he used his experience and knowledge of the law to help me. He was very responsive and it seemed like he was really interested in my case. Deeply Invested and Committed
I was arrested for DUI Less Safe, following too closely, and inoperable break light prior to COVID 19 crisis. I contacted Alan after researching lawyers who could help me in this case. He jumped at the case and was deeply invested in me and my situation. I am a US Soldier with a Secret clearance and a DUI conviction would devastate my military career. I was slotted for my first mobilization after I completed my undergrad degree and I did not want to take pending cases with me through my military career. He he had to raise my case through judicial chains to be able to negotiate. He did not take the initial charges and settle at the lowest level. He had no problem pursuing the best possible outcome of the case and doing all he could to make sure that I was taken care of. He worked through the case in my absence due to my deployment to get me a great outcome. He advised me on what would help me with the case. After I completed his recommendations he had no problems negotiating the case and settling at more favorable circumstances. I really appreciate all the hard work he put into this case in my absence through the pandemic to get me a great outcome. I am thankful for his services and would recommend him to anyone.

Very Professional
I was arrested for a DUI and accused of refusing the breath test. Alan first negotiated a dismissal of the police officer’s petition to have my driver’s license suspended. Then, he persuaded both the police officer and the prosecutor to agree to a reduction on my DUI charge. Alan kept me informed of what was going on during the whole process and did great work getting my case resolved. I highly recommend hiring him if you are in legal trouble.

Sharp attorney dedicated to his clients!
Alan Levine is a sharp attorney, he knows the law, and plays the game to win! But first and foremost Alan is a decent human being! His genuine care and concern and respect for his clients shows that he is a decent human. My son has mental health disabilities; however Alan found a common interest to connect with him and that’s where the trust began. The world needs more people like Alan Levine to defend the world. To protect our rights as citizens and to hold everyone to the same standard no matter of class, race, sex, religion, or creed. My son was facing some very serious charges and Alan fought to get the charges reduced and did not persuade my son to take a plea deal that would’ve kept him in and out of the system. He was personable, patient, and relatable. I had no doubt that he would fight hard for my son. When a parent can trust someone with the fate of their child’s future that says a lot about that person. I’m still in awe at how this worked out. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we understood what was going on. Knowledgeable, Committed, Personable and More Than Able
Alan jumped in to help my wife and me 3 years ago when we needed last minute help on a case where the attorney we hired couldn't make it to court. He was great. Fast forward to this year - we needed an attorney's help with a very challenging guardianship issue - meaning nothing about it was straight forward. Because of our prior experience, we went back to Alan for help. While the case was drawn out (by the court, not by Alan), our belief and trust in him were confirmed because, in the end, the outcome could not have been better. Alan kept us informed every step of the way, touched base with us when nothing was going on (i.e. when the case was delayed by the court) and represented us as well as any attorney could have. His ability to reach out to the court, as well as to the "other" attorney was impressive and helped things to go as smoothly as they could have. In the end, Alan was able to not only represent us, but also was able to create an outcome where everyone involved on both sides were not only satisfied, but truly happy with the judge's final decisions. Charges Dropped
Alan helped a friend facing criminal charges navigate the criminal justice system. Alan kept everyone involved up to date with how matters were progressing and reminders of when deadlines were approaching. By ensuring things got done properly and on time, the prosecutor eventually dismissed the charges.

Alan is an outstanding attorney who will work diligently to win your case.
Mr.Alan Levine worked on my son's case as a public defender. Mr.Levine did an outstanding job. My son had a 3rd probation violation on First offenders and a simple battery charge. Mr. Levine was able to get Judge Green to allow him to go to an intense drug treatment program. If he completes the program he will have no felony violation. He also worked diligently to get the simple battery charge dropped. We have worked with lawyers in the past who showed up 20minutes late to court without letting the court know or the person being represented. Mr. Levine let me know a month prior to the hearing that he had another case that took precedents over my son's and assured me he would be in court as soon as the other matter was resolved. Helped Me Get Title to Home
For a couple of years I'd been fighting with the management company where I live to get the title to a trailer home I had bought. For some reason, they just wouldn't give it to me. After Alan had been on my case for just a couple days, I had my title in hand.
