This law firm staff doesn't know how to communicate with client. I call them and left a message and return call is at least week after or two. They give follow up call for my case to my family member instead of me. When I complain this situation, the staff of this office telling me why my family did... not communicate each other. I do not understand why they have to contact to my family about my case instead of me. Also, when I was trying to set up an appointment with attorney, office staff did not know the attorney's schedule so they have to ask attorney when she is available. All other small things they are being unorganized gives me a lot of work that I need to follow up with insurance to make sure everything. If you are willing to do all the work and pay attorney fee as well use this attorney otherwise I strongly recommend not to hire this attorney.
