Hired Robert Pagniello, spoke with him over the phone, he said he would take my case, saying that it was "very well documented". Mr Pagniello stated I had to file 1st apply for SSD own my own and once I was denied that they would file the appeal.
I Done as I was instructed, then within the next 6/8 months every time I would call to speak with the assistants that were supposed to be handling my file I was told "she/he no longer works here, ( 3 different employees have all my personal info and "no longer work here" That's really scary.....
Almost every time I'd call they'd ask "what kind of case did you have with our office again?" "what did you say your social security#was again?"
I'd get letters from social security for me to fill out and I'd call Pagniellos office to ask about something. (Your supposed to mail those back in within 10 days I think) but I'd wait on a call from "My Attorney" to try to answer these the way they should be answered. Finally I got one of their E-mail addresses and sometimes I'd get an answer by the time I was supposed to mail it back in.
When I finally received a hearing date, I thought if get to talk to My Attorney to make sure everything was covered/in place. So to speak....I was told that the attorney would meet with me 30 minutes before my hearing, and I did. I met with Ms. Valencia or Veronica. She says Valencia but the papers say Veronica. Not sure why. (Ms V. was really a sweet person the best at this place of business) but when she was reading her notes she had what 1 Dr. said confused with another Dr.'s (i don't think that was solely her fault though.) My file wasn't highlighted where my disabilities were documented, She didn't have my work comp settlement papers that I know I sent his office (I also handed them straight to social security at the office in Waycross Ga.) Pagniello office told me early on that if I didn't have those it would hold up my decision and payments IF I won my case.
NEVERTHELESS I received my UNFAVORABLE DECISION letter December 28th /29th and had called them 2/3 times a week. They'd answer me saying "as soon as we receive our copy of your decision letter we'll call you. So 1 whole month after I received my letter I spoke with Barbara (one of the most unpleasant-condescending-arrogant persons I've ever had the displeasure to speak with) and she told me that they still haven't received a letter, BUT THAT IF YOU'VE RECEIVED AN UNFAVORABLE DECISION THEN... "THAT WAS IT THEY WERE THRU REPRESENTING YOU. WE DON'T FILE AN APPEAL OR ANYTHING ELSE." (her words).
I ASK HER IF THEY WERE EVEN GOING TO CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW "THAT THEY WERE DONE", SHE SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE TOO SINCE THEY WOULDN'T BE APPEALING.
So I've wasted a month of my 2 month time waiting for them to call me BACK when they had no intention of calling. Don't waste your time with this firm. Thanks for wasting my time.

This attorney showed up late for my court date, calls me in for appx. 10 mins, while holding up the judge, did not have any of my info on hand, judge gave 3 different extensions and I'm the one who had to gather up the necessary information again and give it to the court,he definitely did not help me,and this f I rm is very unprofessional

My name is T.J. and I am from Warner Robbins, GA. Mr. Pagniello represented me on a SSI case back in 2012. He came to the hearing completely unprepared and told me that I wasn't disabled anyways...even though I had documentation. I would never hire him as my lawyer again.

Mr. Pagniello is a seasoned WC attorney and a generous volunteer contributor to AVVO visitors in need of important legal information. Because my field of Social Security Disability often interacts with workers compensation, but I practice exclusively only SSD/SSI cases, I appreciate the opportunity to tap into Mr. Pagniello's astute WC insights. As they say, always go to an expert - and Mr. Pagniello is a generous and thoughtful WC attorney.
