Ralph James Villani

Attorney Villani is handling an Insurance case for me now and has previously handled both a Criminal Case for my son and a Civil case for my husband. He has been a true God-Send for me and my family; not just because he won the cases for us, Attorney Villani kept us updated consistently throughout th...e entire process. I was facing a suspended license for 2 years. In court, Ralph argued that the original arrest was flawed and that procedural errors invalidated the entire case. The judge dismissed the case. Right on the heels of that, I was facing a serious felony charge and Ralph took on a very determined DA and ...got it thrown out based on them misidentifying me. Another time, the offended party in another felony withdrew from prosecuting the case after private discussions beforehand with Ralph. I do not know what was said, but I know the matter closed before it went to court. My experience is that Ralph is tireless, determined, and available to his clients 24/7/365. I have used his services 4-5 times over the last 15 years. He is not only my lawyer, now I consider him my friend.
