Robert Greenwald

Robert Greenwald was appointed to me just before the Covid 19 pandemic hit. Upon being appointed days before an appearance before the court, Mr. Greenwald came to the Gwinnett County Jail to do the initial consultation with me. He understood fully my legal situation and the meeting ended. Within 2 da...ys when I went to court he had 2 motions prepared to have the case dismissed!! They had been filed and delivered to required parties! The virus then hit and my motion hearing was placed in limbo. During this time this great attorney didn't stop pushing for my release. He got me a plea deal that would result in my immediate release with no probation or fines. Mind you this was done during the beginning of the pandemic and there were very few inmates going to court and many of them not even being able to contact their attorneys. Mr. Greenwald always took my calls and kept me abreast of the video hearing he had arranged. Needless to say based on my being able to write this review, HE GOT ME RELEASED!!! I will forever be grateful for the hard work (the above and beyond work) this man does for his clients!

It has been a long time since I met someone that would say the things (respectfully) to someone else in a courtroom during a case when I couldn't have the guts to say it myself. . Mr. Greenwald is a no nonsense go getter. He helped us during a time our family needed it most. He is straightforward and... doesn't beat around the bush about facts. If you are looking for an attorney to sugarcoat things then he is not the one for you but if you are looking for an honest strong willed guy then, he is the man.
