I hired Regina as my lawyer after my wife filed for divorce. I had a very high conflict spouse that went through several lawyers, would send numerous letters through her lawyers and overall only wanted to cause trouble for me. Please understand that Regina isn't there to hold your hand. She will te...ll you exactly what you need to hear. She tells the truth and doesn't hold back. I needed to hear what she was telling me and I think that most lawyers wouldn't even bother telling you what you need to know. I hired her as a flat rate fee lawyer in my divorce case and she helped me get through the process from filing to final in 5 months. I spent several days with her and a mediator to get this all finished. I wanted to just sign over everything and get it finished and she helped me protect myself. To defend me when I was attacked and just generally listening when I bugged her. I didn't fight for custody but I ended up with much more time than I started with. I would recommend her to any father or frankly any mother who is in a divorce needing help. I am very happy with the results and if I could start over and do the whole process again I would hire her the second time.

I would have to imagine divorce law is hard to practice. All of the clients are going through a rough time and the attorney sometimes gets the brunt of it. I have to say that I was very pleased with my selection of Regina as my divorce attorney. She was my 2nd attorney, and the difference was like... night and day. I would email and call her a lot, and she would always respond within 1-2 days. For the people that complain she doesn't respond right away, wouldn't you be suspicious if your attorney had nothing else to do but answer the phone every time you called? Good attorneys are busy. In the weeks leading up to my trial, she answered every crazy question I had and set aside time to make sure I was prepared. The judge even commented on how prepared she was! (He didn't say the same about my husband's attorney) She was able to predict very closely what the judge would do. She even gave him a sheet of how she wanted him to rule, and he did on about 90% of the things on the sheet! Amazing! She is not the most outgoing and talkative person, but she gets the job done. If you want to hire someone who charges you an arm and a leg and will just do whatever you say, then don't hire her. If you want someone who knows what she is doing and protects her clients, AND charges flat fees, you can't do any better. Hope this helps!
