Phyllis Miller

I hired Phyllis for $3,000 to represent me at a hearing, to which she failed to show up. I sent several emails to which she never responded. I have records of this. I called her office and left messages for her, and she would not return my phone call. It was like she became incognito. She did not... attend the very hearing I hired her to address. Because of her failure to show up at my hearing, I was forced to hire yet another attorney, to represent me after the fact. I paid her $3,000, and she did absolutely nothing but file her entry of appearance with the court. As a former client of Phyllis Millers, I would not recommend her.
