Biography
Matt Acuff served as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA) with the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office in Metro Atlanta for over half a decade. At the DA’s Office, Matt prosecuted all types of felony and misdemeanor cases from investigation through jury trial. Matt quickly rose to become Managing ADA of the Special Victims Unit where he prosecuted cases in front of all Superior Court Judges.

Not Satisfied
I was not satisfied with Mr. Acuff’s representation in my case. I believe he intentionally ignored the facts in my case; ignored my concerns; and did not get the best result possible. I would not recommend him.

We did get a very significant reduction in your case with a non-conviction resolution that will ultimately result in dismissal of the charges. The law does not allow me to present certain perceived information which can also at times be counter to a client's best interest.
