Biography
Matt Acuff served as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA) with the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office in Metro Atlanta for over half a decade. At the DA’s Office, Matt prosecuted all types of felony and misdemeanor cases from investigation through jury trial. Matt quickly rose to become Managing ADA of the Special Victims Unit where he prosecuted cases in front of all Superior Court Judges.

super efficient and helpful
We hired Matt to help figure out what was going on with a probation revocation warrant for a traffic ticket, and he and Colleen found out the relevant information with 24 hours, so that the warrant could be lifted. We really appreciated the quick turnaround and the great communication.
