I hired this lawyer to defend me on a case in Gwinnett County. He first told me that he used to be a former prosecutor. He did kept me informed and visited me. I gave him a wealth of evidence to fight my case. Some he presented in a poor manner at trial and some he told me that it was not necessa...ry to present. He was not prepared for the trial. He did not call my key witnesses. I felt like he just went thru the trial and was a sell out. He did not ask the questions I told him to ask. In 20 mins, I was sentenced to the max with no prior convictions. He knew this was going to happened and I knew this was about to happened because of the nonsense this lawyer presented. He quoted all kinds of phrases from shake-sphere like that matters. He did not object to any of the prosecutor's argument. He selected jurors whom would be a disadvantage to me. When I whispered to him, he told me to be quiet. I had audio tapes for him to play and he told me to bring the recorder and tape and then he did not use them at trial. I swear on my life this lawyer sold me out. I appealed the case and got a retrial. When I told the other lawyer of this lawyer's behavior, he agreed with me completely. I was at the wrong place at the wrong time when someone else commit a crime and the other person that commit the crime drag me into the picture and the prosecutor drop the charges on the other person in return for their testimony. This lawyer allow them to say, I would have know that the other person was going to commit the crime. How am I to predict the actions of someone else. Honestly, I was not guilty in this situation and I was found guilty with Mr. Aurelia. I don't see how this lawyer can sleep knowing he gave this case to the prosecutor and make an innocent person end up in jail and have to wait appeal. God will deal with you Mr. Aurelia. Nothing goes unpaid in this world and remember that.

After recieving a super speeder ticket in marietta, then recieving a fine from the city of marietta on top of the super speeder fine I was already paying, Jonathan heard my story, took my case and didn't let up until all my points were gone, the unnecessary city fine was waived, and all I had to pay ...was the ticket I was glad to pay. After getting a bad plea offer with one attorney only offering a 10 serve 5 , johnathan was able to get 10 serve 18 months right off the muscle. First attorney being paid did nothing . Johnathan kept me informed as well as keeping my family in the loop. And after the sentence was done got my probat...ion terminated very early. Right till the very end he did his job. Bad ass attorney and knows the law. I would use him again without a doubt. I'm free at last thanks to him!
