Falon Taylor Michelle Elbaz

Falon Elbaz is the founding trial attorney of Elbaz & Elbaz, LLC, where she represents individuals facing serious criminal charges in courts across Georgia. Known for her compassionate client advocacy, sharp legal insight, and unwavering courtroom presence, Falon specializes in all aspects of criminal defense, with particular focus on mental health, immigration-related issues, and substance abuse.

Falon was raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she developed a lifelong commitment to academic excellence and cultural understanding. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mary Washington with a double major in International Affairs and Spanish, and further broadened her global perspective through study-abroad experiences in Spain and England. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, graduating with honors and a deep commitment to public service.

Falon began her legal career as a Felony Public Defender with the Spalding County Public Defender’s Office, where she handled a wide range of serious criminal cases and developed a reputation for her thorough preparation and fearless advocacy. Her work in this role ignited a passion for serving vulnerable populations and allowed her to build meaningful trial experience from the outset of her career.

She later transitioned to private practice, joining a prominent criminal defense firm in Lawrenceville, Georgia. There, she deepened her focus on the intersection of criminal defense and mental health, often collaborating with treatment professionals, mitigation experts, and community support systems to ensure her clients receive not just legal representation, but holistic support. Falon is fully prepared to bring any case to trial when justice demands it, and her clients trust her to fight tirelessly for the best possible outcome—no matter the stakes.

At Elbaz & Elbaz, Falon co-leads the firm’s litigation and client services, guiding individuals through every stage of the criminal process with clarity, empathy, and strategic precision. She also works closely with clients on post-conviction relief, including expungements and record restriction, helping them rebuild their lives and protect their future opportunities.
