I was given a partition of property and hired Mr.Robert Jackson Wilson on 2/15/21 to respond . I gave him $3,000. For a retainer . Mr Wilson charge me $350. for a 15-20 minutes consultation. If I had know I would not have hired Mr. Wilson . The retainer said he would send out a monthly statement whi...ch he failed to do . I did not received a statement until I withdrew my representation July 13, 2021 . I had one conversation with Mr.Wilson because he had refused to talk with me or communicate about the case . Mr. Wilson is billing for a power of attorney and a will that I had no idea he had drafted . Mr. Wilson ask if I had one , I said I did not . I was clear to him I did not need a will I was concern about having the funds to go to court if necessary. I was billed $350 for a will . $350 for a power of attorney. Mr. Wilson ask me for the content in the house that I own . I never sign for a will or a power of attorney and never ask . Mr. Wilson return $1,271.40. Mr. Wilson owes me $900 dollars. Mr . Wilson never had to go to mediation or court . Mr. Wilson answered a few letters from the plaintiff attorney. Mr. Wilson Is a dishonest and deceitful attorney . I felt I was being pressured into a will and I told him I did not have the money I more concern with the case I hired him to do . I only saw the man once and talk on the phone for about 25min . If Mr. Wilson would have sent a monthly statement I could have fired him in the first month . Mr. Wilson purposely avoid talking with me . I text him repeatedly to ask about the cost of going to trial . I never got a answered to that question. Mr. Wilson I feel violated the Georgia code of ethic . I am shock to see this bill for a power of attorney and a will . I don’t have a will , he ask me to come in sign after he’s determination and threw in the power of attorney. Mr . Wilson had no intention on going to court if needed . I inform Mr. Wilson that the plaintiff had drop the petition. Mr. Wilson was out to lunch .
