Relationship: Worked for lawyer
I have had the pleasure of working for Mr. Weinstein for nearly five years as of the date of this endorsement. I have found Mr. Weinstein to be the most thorough, insightful, knowledgeable, and honest attorney I have met in this practice. More importantly, at all times I have found Mr. Weinstein to define the term "zealous advocate" through his actions.

Relationship: Worked for lawyer
Mr. Weinstein is as skilled and prepared as any lawyer I have worked with or against in 16 years of practice. Real estate litigation is an extremely challenging specialty. It requires attention to detail, a strong knowledge of the law, and - because of the uncertainties involved in interpreting the intent of the parties to a real estate transaction - strong instincts and the communication skills to help clients evaluate risk and make intelligent strategic decisions with their case. As thorough an attorney as I have ever worked with, Mr. Weinstein considers every angle and zealously advocates for his clients. Other than his legal skill, Mr. Weistein's greatest traits are his honesty and his responsiveness. He gives clients the unvarnished truth, and rarely does 24 hours go by without him returning a call or an email. It is well-known that failing to keep clients informed is the number one complaint against attorneys. Mr. Weinstein has built his practice on doing the opposite.
