Robert Charles Abernathy

After graduating from West Forsyth High School I joined the Marine Corps in 2016 as an 0311 Infantryman. I served six years, including a combat deployment to Afganistan in 2018 where my platoon was situated on a small Forward Operating Base known as Bost Airfield. After spending 9 months in Afghanistan and then returning back to the US, I finished my undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at UNG and subsequently dived head first into law school at Florida State University. During my time in school, I worked for many different law firms gaining experience in Civil Law and well as Criminal Law. Ultimately, I found my passion in helping people navigate the difficult area that is our Criminal Court system.
