A Truly Knowledgeable and Professional Lawyer In Cumming Ga.

Mr. Stubbs Knowledge of the Ga. legal system is second to NONE. Although the circumstances of my case were not the best (Divorce) Mr. Stubbs Fully advised me of my rights as a father and helped and informed me thru every step of the way. I highly recommend this true professional in his field.

Dissatisfied

I felt his advice going into the litigation was poor. Had I known then what I know now, I would not have gone to court. I had repeatedly asked him to obtain discovery from opposing counsel. He did so after I asked for the third time during negotiation. It was an important piece of discovery.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
