I PROMISE YOU that if you hire him he will steal your money. I didn't think anything of his bad reviews until it happened to me. Don't let his assistant Colleen sweet talk you into hiring them. They are the lowest of the low, dragged me on for a year only to disconnect their phones, move out of their... office, and leave all their clients high and dry. I honestly don't know how they are still allowed to practice law but I have reported them to the GA Bar Association and the Forsyth County police department and if they have scammed you as well I suggest you do the same.

I've had full custody of my daughter for seven years. Continuously harassed by the deadbeat mom in March of this year felt it necessary to take action against her. Spoke with nolan and his paralegal. They had positive things to say about my case and advised me to file for child support against the mo...ther, and told me that was the best way to put her in her place. After I filed nolan lost his license temporarily. This caused us not to get served. We were found in contempt of court when we didn't show and now my daughter I have been with her entire life has been given to the mother. I only found about him losing his license when the judge himself brought it up in court. Nolan is still in denial and blames it all on me. He never once called me about my case, only the paralegal. I asked to have meetings with him, he never would. His actions and poor memory and work ethics cost me my daughter and thousands of dollars. It was the most unprofessional and disappointing business transaction ever in my life. Very dissatisfied. I don't know how he is in business.

Hired Nolan for a divorce case in Oct 2014. He and his assistant made many errors. They didn't show up for court saying they asked for a continuance. The judge said a continuance was never requested. I left many messages and sent many emails since then and haven't heard from them still to this dat...e. I still do not have my divorce papers and have been waiting for a large qdro since Oct.

They wasted months and months of my life and money and refuse to give me a refund. Stay away with this practice!

I hired Mr. Hamer to repesent me. He did not show up for court. When I questioned him about it, he indicated that he was not aware that the case had been moved from magistrate court to municipal court. He assured me that he would be present at the next court date. I talked with his assistant on the d...ay of court and she promised me that he would be there. She said that he had spoken to the solicitor and was woking out a deal. In court that evening, the solocitor said that she had never heard from Mr. Hamer. AGAIN, HE DID NOT SHOW UP. I requested that my money be returned, but he refused.
