i was blind sided when my spouse ask for a divorce. i consulted an attorney friend about selecting an attorney to represent my interests. she said if she were faced with divorce she would select Kelly Turner. i read ms turners on line reviews and honestly was questioning my friends selection. after a... few email exchanges i decided to meet with her to discuss the merits of my case. after our first meeting i could see what my attorney saw. ms turner assured me that things were not as bad as i was imagining but it would probably get nasty before it was over. i collected the documents she requested, then she compiled our rebuttal to my spouses initial demands. the case lingered on but ms turner was not stalling for more money from me. she was working for more money for me. she was playing out my spouse to show them we would not just roll over to their demands. she kept me informed almost everyday about the progress of the case. we did arbitration and ms turner was there next to me. again she asked me to trust her to do what was best for me. she would quickly annualized each offer, explained the effects it would have on my position and offered a counter offer. she is sharp, thinks on her feet and sees the effect on the big picture. arbitration did not work but thanks to ms turner i didn't cave in to the pressure of my spouses demands. we attempted negotiations at the attorney level but ms turner kept assuring me that if i would just trust her and follow her advice i would get what i wanted but we were probably going to court. ms turner informed me that she had been requesting documents from my spouse. she had a feeling that my spouse was with holding income and retirement figures based on the documents she had requested. she showed me the information she had obtained and explained where the discrepancies were omitted. she confronted my spouse' attorney with the information and expressed our willingness to take our case to court. the spouse's attorney offered another settlement based on the new information but again ms turner stuck to her position and our settlement. ms turner is a real fighter for her clients. there was another offer from my spouse but ms turner countered with a settlement that requested more from them than we had originally requested. finally on the day of court i was nervous but again ms turner was there for me. she reassured me that we had a strong case and that she was confident that i would be pleased with the outcome of the trail. my spouse's attorney texted ms turner and stated that they would accept my previous settlement request to avoid going to court. ms turner sat me down and explained that if i accepted their settlement i would get what i originally wanted. she also told me that she felt 90% sure that if the case were to go to court i would be awarded more money from my spouse's retirement account and alimony. i thanked ms turner for her advice but declined the chance to receive more money. i was just thankful that the divorce was finally over and i was going to be able get on with my life and enjoy my things i wanted to keep. from this lengthily narrative you can derive your own thoughts on what words best describe ms turners abilities as an attorney. the words you may miss are loyalty, compassion, sincerity, wit and respect. she was totally loyal to my case. she was compassionate, she could sense when i was down and ready to give up. she gave me words of encouragement that things were going to get better and they did. i could tell by her attitude toward me that she was genuinely looking out for my best interests. she has a great sense of humor. she would use that attribute to bolster my feelings when things were not going our way. most of all she always respected me and my wishes. she took the time to explain every thing to me and then would wait for my decision. even if it was not what she recommended she would honor my request. she is a great attorney. if you need the best hire her.

Words cannot express the profesionalism that Ms. Turner displays. I have had three attorneys in the past for differenent issues within the family and I have to say Ms. Turner makes then look as if they did not care about the hey cases they represented. Ms. Turner always returned my calls within 24 ...hours (if she did not answer at the time I called) with the answer to my question I left on her voice mail.
