Joy Christina Smith

As an Atlanta native, I have always known that my purpose was to serve my community through the practice of law. I earned my undergraduate degree from Spelman College and later obtained my Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where I strengthened my commitment to advocacy, justice, and client-centered representation.

I currently practice in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and wills and trusts. My passion for this work comes from a lifelong desire to help those whom society often overlooks, whether it’s an individual injured in a car accident, a person falsely accused of a crime, or a family navigating a difficult transition.

In every case I take on, I give my full attention, dedication, and respect. My clients trust me not only for my legal skills, but also for my integrity, communication, and unwavering commitment to their rights and well-being. My mission is simple: to provide strong representation, real compassion, and meaningful results for every person who places their case in my hands.
