We closed on our property September 29, 2016. Closing went smooth so we thought. Tax season comes and we need to apply for a tax exemption. Our property title was never completed six months later. We had been paying a mortgage and an escrow without a home officially in our names. Little did we know, the title was having complications per Craig Long’s assistant. No one contacted us during this time. We then had to have the old home owner come back to sign more documents to push things through. We now are paying back pay for the previous years escrow. An added $300 a month to our mortgage. Huge inconvenience with no rush to finish up the deal. No communication to notify us of the title process. Very unprofessional firm.
