Foss is an extraordinary attorney. He is as thorough as they come. He leaves no stone unturned, and he covers all the bases. He will create for his client a massive file that contains every imaginable relevant detail (for the prosecutor or for a trial, if it comes to that). And, all while he is creat...ing this massive file of information on his clients, he is sending the clients out to every relevant expert looking to establish any possible edge for his clients. In my particular case, I was facing very serious charges, which ultimately resulted in nolle prosequi, no doubt due to the immense efforts of Foss Hodges.
