My project team and I had some fairly extensive challenges in negotiating and documenting a strategic alliance with the owner of certain complementary technology. Steve worked tirelessly to put together a crystal clear strategic alliance agreement that comprehensively addressed the parties' concerns,... rights and responsibilities, particularly in the area of intellectual property ownership. Although Steve is one of the busiest and hardest working professionals I know, he always made time to answer my questions.

Steve handled my service-related legal issues, which included a large number and variety of NDAs, negotiations, and agreements with my most important vendors and major account customers. Not only did Steve master and overcome the most complex and nettlesome legal concerns arising from these transacti...ons, but he brought keen business acumen, a profound understanding of my business needs, and, perhaps most importantly, just plain common sense, in guiding me to successful outcomes with these vendors and customers. Steve always made himself available to answer my questions, or bounce something off of him, no matter how busy he was.
