Mr. Antoniolli has been admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and all Superior and State Courts in the State of Georgia. He has been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He also has practiced Pro Hac Vice (on a case-by-case basis) throughout the Southeastern United States. All of his clients are referrals from other past clients and other attorneys.
My recommendation to all potential clients is that they retain a criminal Defense attorney and have them actively working their case as soon as possible. This will allow your attorney to thoroughly investigate your circumstances including identifying, obtaining and preserving vital evidence in defending your case. In addition, it may allow your attorney to interview and preserve witness testimony before memories fade and/or testimony is tainted by outside factors. This will enable your attorney to identify and formulate strategic legal defenses to your criminal charges as early as possible, which can make a crucial difference in the outcome of your case.
